High Precision Thermistor Quartz Crystal T22 Series

Thermistor quartz crystal T22 series surface layer with quartz crystal and thermistor mounted, 2.5x2.0x1.0mm small size, lead-free soldering to meet the requirements of the reflow temperature curve, automatically sense and respond to changes in temperature in order to maintain the output frequency of the very high stability, often used in 5G base stations, industrial equipment, medical, consumer electronics and so on.

High Precision Thermistor Quartz Crystal T22 Series 

The working principle of thermistor quartz crystal T22 series is based on the addition of a thermistor and varactor diode on the basis of an ordinary chip crystal, which can sense the signal to adjust the value of its own capacitance and automatically adjust the vibration frequency of the crystal.

T22 crystal resonator, frequency 12 - 54MHz, equipped with thermistor, the frequency output is stable at different temperatures, forming a reliable frequency-temperature curve, anti-vibration and anti-vibration ability, suitable for industrial environments and harsh conditions, such as outdoor equipment, 5G base stations, signal lights and other scenarios for long-term operation.
